Key Responsibilities
For our Milan office, we are looking for a motivated and results-oriented Sales Manager (m/f/d) to support our continued growth. In this role, you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, with a strong focus on Independent Media Agencies and direct brand clients. You will represent FRAMEN in the market and contribute to raising awareness of the value of contextual advertising solutions.
Job requirements
• Identify, approach, and acquire new clients, focusing on high-potential business opportunities and managing the sales process from first contact to contract conclusion.
• Build and maintain a sustainable sales pipeline with Independent Media Agencies in Italy and establish long-term professional relationships with key stakeholders.
• Advise clients on campaign strategies and align FRAMEN’s inventory with their marketing and communication goals.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in HubSpot, including sales activities, pipeline management, and forecasting.
Your profile
• 1-3 years of professional experience in media sales, with focus on AdTech, digital advertising, or a comparable commercial role.
• Experience working with or for media agencies or advertising partners is an advantage.
• Proactive and target-oriented working style, with the ability to independently develop new business relationships, combined with persistence and strong communication skills.
• Ability to work with data and performance indicators (e.g. footfall, share of voice) to support client recommendations and investment decisions.
• Full professional proficiency in Italian and English, both written and spoken.
